Q: What documents do I need to submit? A: In order to ensure that your application is
complete, kindly look at the required documents

Q: How much do I have to pay for consultation? A: Our consultation is free.
Q: How much does it cost to study abroad?
A: Tuition and Accommodation fees varies. It
depends on different schools, however, the range
is usually from 500 to 25,000 (USD, CAD, GBP,
EUR). You will need to add airfare and living
expenses to these estimates. We are currently
working with some Universities / Colleges that
offer a low tuition fees.
Q: Do I need to pay for my tuition fee? A: Some of the UK and Canadian Universities /
Colleges require a tuition deposit because this
is a sign of commitment to pursue a course of
study. But In Ukraine, Tuition and Accommodation fees are
paid on arrival.
Q: Ok, so I can’t afford it. Now what? A: There are many financial aid opportunities!
Although loans are the most common, there are
many scholarships offered and bursaries given by
the Universities. For more information, please

Q: How do I find out my options? A: The best way to start is by visiting the
Office of Lewakoti Educational Services to meet
with one of our professional advisors who will
give you all the information you will need to
know. Please visit during our working hours or
by making a personal appointment if you are
unable to attend during the business hours.

Q: I know I want to study abroad, but I have no
idea where to go. What can I do? A: We will be willing to give you more
information and resources on opportunities that
are available and suitable for you. Also,
consider the following when deciding on a place
to go:
Academic and personal objectives: What would
you like to get out of your experience abroad?
What would you like to study? Do you want to
take courses specifically for your major or take
core requirements? Do you want to learn about a
culture? Do you want to study a language?
Other important factors to think about: cost,
living arrangements (i.e. student apartment,
host family, dorm, etc.), what is included (i.e.
excursions, food, etc.), what type of a city you
are interested in (i.e. a large city or a small
city), your ability to speak the local language
(although fluency in a foreign language is not
required and courses are often taught in
English, this is a great way to practice
learning a new language), and duration.
Q: Do I need to pay a registration fee? A: All applicants that are interested in
overseas admission have to register with us with
a token fee of ($50) fifty US Dollars or its
equivalent in Naira. This allows our office to
open a personal file for them and keep in touch
with them on new updates. Details of payee can
be obtained from our office.
Q: Do I have to pay for School application fee? A: Some Universities /Colleges charge
application fee. In this case, the application
fee is due at the time of your application to
the University / College. However, if the
University of your choice does not charge an
application fee, you don't need to pay, but an
administrative fee is due once you know exactly
what to do. It depends on the country of your
choice.
Q: Can I pay my administrative fee in instalment?
A: Yes. Fees can be paid twice or three times.
The first payment is due at the time of your
application, the second payment is due at the
time of your acceptance, and the third payment
is due before you collect your admission letter.
Note: Administration fee is different from
Registration fee.
Q: What are the courses available for higher
studies?
A: A comprehensive list of courses would be
available in the University prospectus and it
varies from university to university. Most of
the universities have almost all courses from
undergraduate, postgraduate, MBA, research
degrees (MPhil, PhD) to be offered to
international students. You can get more

Q: How long do I have to wait for my admission
letter? A: It depends on the University / College of
your choice. However, Lewakoti Educational tries its best
to get a response about students' acceptance
within
2 - 7 days.
Q: I don’t speak a foreign language. Can I still
go abroad? A: Yes! Universities all over the world have
English-speaking courses. Also, this is a great
way for you to learn a new language. You can
take courses in English or you can try to
improve your language skills in culture and
language intensive programs.
Q: Do I need SAT / TOEFL / IELTS / GRE / GMAT,
e.t.c? A: Some of the UK/USA/CANADIAN Universities /
Colleges require this.

Q: How long does it take to complete my Bachelor
degree or Masters Degree? A: In general, it takes 3 -4 academic years to
complete bachelor degrees (6 -8 semesters),
whereas master studies, depending on the field
of studies, last from 1, 5 to 2 academic years
(3 to 4 semesters with the exception of medical
courses).
Q: Do I need a passport? A: Yes! All students who intend to study abroad
will need a valid international passport.
Q: Where do I get a passport? A: Please contact the nearest immigration office
in your state.
Q: What is a Visa and will I need one to study
abroad? A: Yes! A visa is a document showing that a
person is authorized to enter the territory for
which it was issued, subject to permission of an
immigration official at the time of actual
entry. The authorization may be a document, but
more commonly it is a stamp endorsed in the
applicant's passport.
Q: Do you assist in preparing documents for
Visa? A: Lewakoti Counsellors assist the candidate in
preparation of documents, application processing
and receiving admission letter from the chosen
Universities / Colleges.
Q: What is the assurance of getting a Visa? A: The consular officer has the final decision,
but we have an excellent record of Visa success
rate (Read more). We will guide and support you on
how to make your visa application prior to your
interview date to be a successful one.
Q: Where do students live? A: There are various kinds of housing
arrangements. Typically, there are student
apartments and home stays. You may opt to live
with a host family which is a great way to learn
the native language and get a taste for your new
city through the eyes of the locals. Also,
staying with a family usually includes meals.
Some programs offer student residences offering
rich opportunities to meet local university
students and further enhance your foreign
relationships and language acquisition.
Q: Can I work while studying Abroad? A: Yes! International students are allowed to
work for about 20 hours in a week.
